Services Offered:

Report and log my unusual occurrences, such as problems with lights and plumbing.
Turn off all lights (except designated night lights), secure doors, and set alarm upon leaving premises.
Replace light bulbs as required throughout building.

Weekly Services

Dust all office furniture; any paperwork on desks will remain
untouched.
Empty wastebaskets wipe exteriors and install liners if
necessary.
Remove all refuse and place in the designated disposal area.
Remove fingerprints and smudges from all wall surfaces, switch plates and glass partitions.
Vacuum/Brush all walk-off mats.
Return chairs and wastebaskets to their proper positions.
Spot clean the entry glass and doors.

Monthly Services

Disinfect the telephones.
Detail vacuum under desks and wires.
High dusting the tops of door frames, air grills, partitions,
picture frames and search for cobwebs.
Low dusting of windows sills, baseboards and molding.
Detail vacuum of all the edges of all carpeted areas.

Quarterly Services

Feather dust the blinds.

Equipment and Supplies:

We will provide all Janitorial equipment and supplies required to perform the above specified work.
This does not include light bulbs and restroom supplies (toilet
paper, paper towels, hand soaps. Deodorants, etc….)
